Yes, we can make a custom depth letterbox for you which would be slightly recessed into your brick pier or wall.

The type of keys used in our mailboxes and parcel boxes are a higher security and generally can not be cut by a locksmith. However we keep a record of your key number and can supply spare keys.

Yes, all of our letterboxes and parcel boxes are lockable and supplied with 2 keys.

Note that our through wall chutes, as standard are not supplied with a collection box and therefor do not lock.

The simple answer is yes as long as the pier is not solid. However it is much more of a simple operation if the letterbox is built in as the pier is built.

If the pier is solid then it will need to be dismantled to fit the mailbox

No, we are based in Norwich and sell nationwide. Due to the graphical logistics it is not possible for us to install your mailbox. However we may be able to recommend a gate manufacturer to assist you.

Yes, every part (with the exception of the lock) used in our letter boxes and parcel boxes has bee manufactured in England.

They are assembled by our trained and staff here at our facility in Norwich. Prior to dispatch, every product is checked and tested for correct operation.

The front and back castings including the door and postflap are made from 100% solid LM6 high grade aluminium. After machining, the castings are blasted to provide a key for the powdercoat process. This ensures that enamel powder coat remains in tack and looks good for years.

For strength, the centre sleeve is made from steel which is galvanized before being thoroughly cleaned prior to powder coating. To maintain quality assurance, all of the components used in our letterboxes are powder coated in our own facility here in Norwich.

All fixings are made from stainless steel or solid brass. The lock is tough and made from steel which is then chromed.

Yes, all the castings are 100% high grade LM6 aluminium and are cast in foundry's in the midlands here in the U.K.

Absolutely, our letterboxes are fitted with rubber seals clever design features to keep you mail nice and dry. Beware of cheap imitations of our letterboxes which leak and rust from day one. 

Yes, we can powdercoat your letter box in any RAL colour but this will incurr and additional charge
