Through Wall Letterboxes

Lettasafe postboxes are designed to be fitted into brick walls. The mail is securely stored in a compartment which is inside the wall. The standard size model is designed for a typical 2 brick garden wall (sometimes known as a 9 inch wall, for other depth walls we will manufacture you a case to suit.The front and rear castings fit flush against the brickwork leaving a tidy finish to complement the remainder of your brickwork. These castings are made from solid aluminium whilst the inner sleeve is manufactured from zintec steel. We supply both front and rear retrieval models, both of which are supplied with a lock and 2 keys. Rubber sleeves are used to ensure your letterbox is completely waterproof. The inner sleeve is 425mm high, 295mm wide, the depth is of the standard model is 230mm but will be large for thicker walls. All sizes have a large capacity and can contain a generous amount of mail. We are also able to build letterboxes with retrieval doors in both ends. Front opening models can also be built with a flush back, leaving nothing visible at the rear of the wall. (Note your wall would need to be at least 1½ bricks deep; 330mm.

For added security and to help prevent against mail theft and identity fraud, restrictor plates can be fitted.
